For Bars & Lounges

Pour Fast. Track Everything.

Bar operations where speed doesn't sacrifice accuracy and every bottle is accounted for.

The Bar Operator's Dilemma

Every bar owner faces the same impossible choice: slow down service to document every pour, or trust your staff and accept that bottles will disappear. DiResto eliminates this choice.

The Speed Side

3 Seconds Flat

Your bartender taps a product on the POS favorites grid. One touch. The drink is on the tab. Receipt prints at the bar printer. Total elapsed time: 3 seconds. The customer has their drink before the ice melts.

The Control Side

What Happened Behind That Tap

Behind that 3-second tap, DiResto deducted 50ml of vodka, 150ml of tonic, and 1 lime wedge from the bar station inventory. Charged $12 to Tab #47 (credit limit: $200, current balance: $68). Updated floor receivables. Logged the transaction to the active till session.

The Verification

2 AM: The Truth Surfaces

Your manager runs a blind stock count. Bartenders count what's on the shelf without seeing the system number. DiResto compares. The variance report shows 2 unaccounted bottles of Hennessy at the main bar. The Shift Reconciliation report shows which bartender was working that station.

What One Drink Triggers

Every sale sets off a chain of automated actions. Here is everything DiResto does when a bartender taps a single cocktail.

  • Looks up the cocktail recipe and deducts each ingredient quantity from the station's stock — spirit, mixer, garnish, everything.
  • Applies time-based pricing: if Happy Hour is active, the discounted price is charged automatically. No manual switching.
  • Checks the tab's credit limit. If the charge would exceed the limit, the POS warns the bartender before completing the sale.
  • Adds the charge to the customer's running tab and updates the floor receivables dashboard in real time.
  • Logs the transaction to the bartender's active till session for end-of-shift reconciliation.
  • If any ingredient drops below the configured threshold, a low-stock alert fires so the bar back can restock from the warehouse.

Purpose-Built for Beverage Operations

Capabilities designed for the specific demands of high-volume bar service.

Tab Lifecycle

Open, charge, transfer between tabs, split across guests, merge, and close. Full audit trail from first drink to final payment.

Floor Receivables

A live dashboard of all open tabs: total owed across the floor, broken down by tab type, with the oldest unpaid tab highlighted.

Favorites Grid

One-tap ordering for your top sellers. Configurable per station so each bar has its own fast-access layout.

Recipe Deduction

Every cocktail is linked to exact ingredient quantities. Sell a Mojito, deduct rum, lime, sugar, mint, and soda — automatically.

Blind Stock Count

Staff count without seeing expected numbers. The system compares and surfaces discrepancies by station and by shift.

Happy Hour Pricing

Define time windows and discount rules. Prices adjust automatically when the clock enters or exits the window. No staff action needed.

Tab Types

Open tabs, VIP Comp tabs, and custom types. Each with its own credit limit rules, auto-close behavior, and reporting category.

Credit Limit Monitoring

Set per-tab spending limits. The POS warns bartenders before charges exceed the cap — preventing runaway tabs and walkout risk.
